The HR & Training Executive will be responsible for delivering product training sessions to staff and partners, ensuring up-to-date knowledge across teams. The role also supports core HR administrative functions, including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination, playing a key part in both talent development and HR operations at MiFPS HQ in Malé.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external partners.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure product knowledge is up to date.
Support daily HR administrative tasks including employee documentation, onboarding, and coordination of HR-related processes.
Maintain training records and provide regular updates on training effectiveness and participation.
Assist in recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR policy implementation.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in HR and/or training roles will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools/platforms.
