Job Description

The HR & Training Executive will be responsible for delivering product training sessions to staff and partners, ensuring up-to-date knowledge across teams. The role also supports core HR administrative functions, including onboarding, documentation, and employee coordination, playing a key part in both talent development and HR operations at MiFPS HQ in Malé.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and conduct product training sessions for internal staff and external partners.

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and ensure product knowledge is up to date.

  • Support daily HR administrative tasks including employee documentation, onboarding, and coordination of HR-related processes.

  • Maintain training records and provide regular updates on training effectiveness and participation.

  • Assist in recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR policy implementation.

What we are Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in HR and/or training roles will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital tools/platforms.
