Dynamic HR Executive needed to lead our people management initiatives and drive organizational culture. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution to build and maintain
a high-performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, development, and retention
• Partner with leadership on organizational development and change management
• Oversee employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits, and engagement programs
• Ensure HR compliance and implement best practices

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in developing HR strategies and programs
