Job Description

Ensure the delivery of a robust and business-ready ERP solution through expert-level training and testing practices. You'll be a critical bridge between ERP implementation teams and business users, focusing on functional validation, user readiness, and successful adoption.

 

• Train business users on tailored workflows
• Test and Validate functional scenarios with UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Prepare easy-to-understand user guides customized for each role/client
• Documentation and Reporting

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise in delivering training.
• Strong understanding of business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Familiarity with writing test cases and conducting UAT will be an added advantage.

 

Additional Information

• Salary – MVR 15,000-17,000
• Opportunities for training and development.
• Working Hours Sunday – Thursday (8:00 – 15:30)
