Diploma in Management OR Office Administration OR Logistics OR A’Level and Any other relevant Qualification
Work in Experience in a related field (Admin function of a company)
Skilled in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
Ability to multi-task and work for long hours
Good Professional ethics and high standard of integrity
Fluent in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
Job Function
General Management of office Administration function
Coordinate with senior executives in maintenance office stock
Handling In coming & Out going documents
Rooting requests/customer/staff issues to the relevant senior executives
Handling corresponding such email and Tele phone calls
Arranging meetings/appointments/trips
Maintain proper records of all administrative related activities
Produce and submit reports on general HR function
Update and record keep of Employee Visa Management system
Coordinating with project schedule, resource and information
Act as point of contact liaising with various stakeholders on project progress
Assist with the preparation of documentation, reports and presentations
Assist with general project administration and compliance including updating action items, risks and issues, support with project status reports and project management
Oversee project procurement management
Assist and support in transportation and delivery of materials relate to project
Managing stock and monitoring cargo movements in sites assigned for the project
Carryout other ongoing business tasks as assigned
