Job Description

1. Develop comprehensive fire protection system designs, considering building layout, occupancy type, and fire hazards. Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to integrate fire protection measures seamlessly.
2. utilizing computer-aided design and drafting software (CAD) to create drawings for fire protection systems
3. prepare BOQ for for various type of fire protection systems
4. Conducting Survey and inspection of fire system.

 

• Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent qualification 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent drafting skills and proficiency with AutoCAD/ Revit
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a team and interact positively in all levels
• Hands-on experience with fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, extinguishing systems, and related equipment will be added advantage.
• Relevant certifications (in the field of fire safety) are a plus.
• Knowledge of building codes and construction practices is advantageous.
