Position Details

Job Title: Director of Guest Transport Services
Location: Malé, Maldives
Employment: Full-Time | Senior Management Level

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all guest transport operations, including speedboats, VIP transfers, and luxury vessels.
• Build and manage a dedicated Guest Transport Division.
• Implement 5‑star marine hospitality standards.
• Manage resort partnerships, SLAs, and client communication.
• Deploy new luxury vessels and on‑water concepts.
• Lead captains, crew, supervisors, and guest relations staff.
• Ensure punctuality, safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to grow the division.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of senior experience in marine guest transport, luxury hospitality, cruise lines, or aviation.
• Strong leadership background managing guest‑facing teams.
• Excellent communication and crisis-handling skills.
• Experience implementing luxury service standards.
• International hospitality or marine experience is preferred.
• Maldives marine experience is an advantage.
