We are looking for responsible, professional, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Drivers. As an Avas Driver, you will play a key role in providing safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to our customers while representing the Avas brand with professionalism and courtesy.

You will be required to work flexible shift duties, including peak hours, weekends, and public holidays. Join us and be part of a growing transport network committed to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking dedicated drivers who can ensure timely pickups, safe driving practices, and excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting passengers efficiently while following traffic regulations and Avas service standards.

• Provide safe, courteous, and professional transport services

• Follow assigned trips and routes accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of the vehicle

• Assist customers when required and ensure a positive ride experience

• Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety guidelines

  Skills and Qualifications

  • Must possess a valid B1/B2 category driving license

  • Minimum 1 year of driving experience

  • Good knowledge of traffic regulations and local routes

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Fluency in English and Dhivehi is mandatory

  Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly salary ranging from MVR 10,000 – 15,000
