Job Description

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and professional individual to join our team as an Assistant Accounts Officer. In this role, you will support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated individual who can assist in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting activities.

  • Maintain and update daily cash sales records

  • Manage and follow up on accounts receivable

  • Assist with loan tracking and repayment records

  • Record, verify, and reconcile daily financial transactions

  • Support preparation of basic financial reports

  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
