• Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding security best practice
• Participate in Research and Development (R&D) initiatives to enhance our security capabilities
• Respond to and triage client-reported security issues
• Contribute to the creation of security documentation and user guides for clients
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise security reports for clients
• Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training for clients
• Stay updated on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
• Diploma in Information Technology. Having IT experience is an added advantage.
