Primacy Investment Limited is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives (1612 Call Center).

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all our brands. You’ll communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering professional and friendly support at all times.

Location: Hulhumale'

Priority will be given to candidates living in Hulhumale'.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues
Follow company policies and procedures to deliver accurate and consistent information
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Meet or exceed call handling targets and performance metrics
Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to ensure quality service
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department
