Job Description

Primacy Investment Limited is looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives (1612 Call Center).

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all our brands. You’ll communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, delivering professional and friendly support at all times.

Location: Hulhumale'

Priority will be given to candidates living in Hulhumale'.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues
• Follow company policies and procedures to deliver accurate and consistent information
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
• Meet or exceed call handling targets and performance metrics
• Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to ensure quality service
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department

Requirements:

• Flexibility to work on shift duty basis
• Ability to work long hours/weekends
