  • • Minimum 02 Passes in A ‘Level OR,
  • • Minimum 03 Passes in O’ Level
  • • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a financial institution will be an added advantage.
  • • Proficiency in MS office suite of applications
  • • Fluency in oral and written communication
