RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming calls, greeting and attending to customers.
Taking orders and recording delivery details accurately.
Coordinating dispatch and delivery of orders.
Ensure that clients make payment for services.
Keep clear records of orders and payments.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Ensure signs and information are displayed.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries.
Checking and maintaining stock.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

Days: Thursdays to Tuesdays
