Job Description

CREATIVE DESIGN ASSISTANT

As the Creative Design Assistant, you will be responsible for all design-related work across Zetta Group. This includes creating engaging social media posts, website content, print media, and handling videography and photography. You will report directly to the Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager, working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand’s vision.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic Design: Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns. Design print materials like brochures, flyers, and banners.

Videography & Photography: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos for promotional purposes, social media, and corporate communications.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative content ideas.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with Zetta Group’s brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work.
  
  
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  
  
• Experience in videography and photography, including editing and post-production.
  
  
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  
  
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
