Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Assistant to support our Digital Marketer–Graphic Designer in creating and editing visual content across various platforms. This role also involves managing the company’s social media accounts, monitoring performance metrics, and compiling analytics reports to help optimize our digital presence.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in design, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a desire to grow their skills in the creative field. This position is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of relevant experience who are eager to learn and contribute to a dynamic creative environment.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in a design, marketing, or digital content role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Basic proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar software, with a strong desire to improve and develop creative skills
Familiarity with managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and analyzing engagement metrics
A good sense of design, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
