Job Summary

This role combines Corporate Sales & Key Account Support, Studio Bookings & Hosting, and Retail Customer Service. You will be the main point of contact for corporate clients, manage quotations and orders, support studio sessions and events, and ensure a smooth retail experience. Ideal for someone detail-oriented and client-focused, with strong communication skills and a hands-on approach across multiple functions.

Corporate Sales & Key Account Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clientele, managing inquiries and communications across email, phone, and in-person interactions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Accurate and timely data entry, client records, and preparation of tailored quotations for corporate accounts.
  • Review, pack, and prepare corporate orders; coordinate and organize outgoing deliveries.
  • Provide operational support for corporate initiatives, including studio appointments, promotions, pop-ups, exhibitions, and other events.
  • Assist with product packaging, labeling, sorting, organization, inventory management, and stock counts.
  • Provide proactive support to the Corporate Sales Manager across a range of operational and client service tasks, ensuring smooth execution and continuity.

 

Studio Bookings, Customer Service & Hosting

  • Respond promptly and professionally to Studio booking inquiries via walk-ins, phone, email, and social media.
  • Provide clear information on Studio activities, session availability, pricing, and booking procedures.
  • Confirm bookings, manage appointments, and maintain accurate schedules.
  • Prepare and set up the Studio space, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment.
  • Host and assist during in-studio activities such as Pour a Candle, providing guests with a guided, supportive, and engaging experience.
  • Handle payments and post-session feedback when required.
  • Consistently uphold high standards of customer care, contributing to an excellent Studio experience.

Retail Sales & Customer Experience

  • Deliver a friendly, respectful, and enjoyable shopping experience for all Oevaali Art Shop visitors.
  • Provide exceptional in-store customer service and assist with inquiries.
  • Operate the cash register and ensure a smooth point-of-sale experience.
  • Assist with in-store product handling, including packaging, labeling, sorting, inventory control, and stock counts.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must
  • Passion for great customer service and good social / people skills
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Energetic, outgoing, pleasant and friendly personality
  • Attention to detail, and a self-starter
  • Motivated, dedicated and positive attitude
  • Punctual, reliable and a team player
