JOB OPPORTUNITY

SILVER SANDS IS THE LEADING OPERATOR OF DIVE AND WATER SPORTS FACILITIES AT UPMARKET RESORTS ACROSS THE MALDIVES. WITH 15 CENTERS UNDER OUR MANAGEMENT, WE ALSO OVERSEE SEVERAL SHOWROOMS, NAMELY EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR, ALONGSIDE AN INBOUND TRAVEL BUSINESS.

WE ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR HEAD OFFICE TEAM. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS A HIGH LEVEL OF MOTIVATION AND ENERGY.

 

THIS POSITION IS AVAILABLE FROM SEPTEMBER 2025.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• Managerial experience of at least 5 years in Administrative and Human Resources area.
• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Social Science will be an added advantage.
• Communicate fluently in both verbal & written English.
• Proactive & should be well organized.
• Strong leadership & excellent Management skills.
• Able to multi-task & meet multiple deadlines.
• Exposed to multi-cultural workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall, in charge of HR, Administration and Corporate Affairs of the Company and its Subsidiary Companies.
