Commis positions are available at the Hot, Cold and Pastry sections of our Culinary department.
• Must have minimum 2 years experience specialising in international dishes and in any one of the sections mentioned above.
• Culinary skills, HACCP training qualifications are desirable.
• Must be willing to work on shift duties.
• Must be interested to live and work on a remote island with a multicultural team.
