Position Overview

The Commercial & Corporate Banking Lead (Branch) is responsible for the origination, development, and management of commercial and corporate banking relationships within the branch. The role carries accountability for portfolio growth, asset quality, and relationship coverage, while ensuring strict adherence to the Bank’s credit policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Originate and manage commercial and corporate client portfolios
• Drive lending, deposits, trade finance, and transaction banking growth
• Oversee credit origination, monitoring, and early risk identification
• Act as first line of defense for credit and conduct risks
• Lead and coach Commercial & Corporate Banking staff

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business
• 8–10 years experience in Commercial / Corporate Banking
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management capability
• Leadership experience in a regulated environment
