Position Overview

The Commercial & Corporate Banking Lead (Branch) is responsible for the origination, development, and management of commercial and corporate banking relationships within the branch. The role carries accountability for portfolio growth, asset quality, and relationship coverage, while ensuring strict adherence to the Bank’s credit policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead origination, development, and management of commercial and corporate banking relationships
• Drive growth in lending, deposits, trade finance, and transaction banking products
• Maintain oversight of the commercial and corporate credit portfolio, ensuring asset quality and sustainability
• Support credit origination, review, and monitoring within approved credit policies and DOA
• Identify early warning signals and escalate potential problem accounts
• Act as first line of defense for credit, operational, and conduct risks
• Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, KYC, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, coach, and manage Commercial & Corporate Banking staff performance

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or Business
• 8–10 years experience in Commercial / Corporate Banking
• Strong credit analysis and portfolio management capability
• Leadership experience in a regulated environment
