We are looking for a high-performing all-rounder who can manage client enquiries, support the Director, attend meetings confidently, and represent Gobig professionally on event days.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, confident with people, and capable of multitasking between office operations and real event coordination.
Handle all client enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, email & social media leads
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations
Maintain accurate booking schedules (venue / décor / production resources)
Follow up with clients and guide them through the booking process
Collect documents, deposits, and payments according to company process
Maintain lead pipeline and update client status daily
Attend client meetings with the Coordinators and actively participate in sales discussions
Understand client needs and recommend suitable packages (weddings, corporate, private events)
Upsell Gobig services (Décor, AV, entertainment, photo/video, travel packages)
Support with partnerships, referrals, and corporate accounts follow-ups
Prepare moodboard files, client briefs, and event checklists
Coordinate internal team communication and task tracking
Manage office coordination tasks (basic procurement checks, pricing inquiries, vendor follow-ups)
Attend events as Gobig’s client coordinator, representing the brand professionally
Ensure client is updated and comfortable during setup and execution
Coordinate between Gobig departments (Décor / AV / Logistics / Media team)
Monitor quality control and make sure outputs match moodboards and commitments
Handle last-minute changes calmly and professionally
Strong communication skills (professional speaking + writing)
Confidence attending meetings and dealing with premium clients
High organization and ability to handle multiple tasks at once
Strong follow-up habits (daily tracking, reminders, updates)

Email professionalism
Willingness to work flexible hours on event days when required
1+ year experience in events, hotels, reservations, sales, or customer service
Experience with proposals/quotations/invoices
Knowledge of wedding planning or décor production
Valid driving license (bonus)
Presentable, well-spoken, and brand-conscious
Energetic and proactive (does not wait to be told everything)
Calm under pressure (events are fast-paced)
