Job Description

To be the point of contact for customers who are contacting the branch through all our acceptable communication channels and provide them with support for their queries. Additionally, as a Call Center Representative, you will be assigned different roles from time to time based on the requirements of the contact center.

Further, the selected candidate will be required to address customer inquiries, questions, complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide swift and accurate information.

  • • Previous Customer Service experience will be an added advantage.
