Job Summary:

Ensures the company's daily activities run smoothly by handling administrative tasks, optimizing workflows, analyzing data, and supporting various departments like HR, sales, and accounting, with a focus on improving efficiency, productivity, and achieving business goals through process management and problem-solving. They act as the operational backbone, bridging gaps between management and execution, and often work on projects from process improvement to client support.

Main KPIs & Responsibilities:

  • Office Support & Organization: Handle communications (calls, emails, etc.), keep the office organized, manage administrative tasks (sending reports, proposals), and assist with scheduling meetings and travel.
  • Customer Experience & Satisfaction: Provide prompt, expert support to ensure customers have a seamless experience with Technogym equipment. Strive for 100% satisfaction by resolving issues and improving service quality.
  • Feedback & Sales Opportunities: Collect feedback from customers and the field to understand their needs and identify potential new sales opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication: Clear and professional in both written and verbal communication.
  • Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to identify and resolve issues with a proactive, positive attitude.

Educational Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred.
