  • Thorough understanding of the products being sold, including benefits, features and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the resorts at all levels.
  • Achieve sales target.
  • Responsible for doing the resort quotations and ensure its updated on all the pricing such as discounted or special prices on all the items.
  • Ensure the accuracy of purchase orders, delivery orders, prices and invoices issued.
  • Check availability and stock levels daily and share information with your clients.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team and arrange deliveries on time.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare daily sales report.
  • Set and track sales goals and implement strategies for driving growth.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the resorts at all levels.
  • Provide ongoing support to existing clients while ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long – term relationships.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for improvement.
  • Check the market prices of the products and share with Sales Manager.
  • Create alerts on stock movement and advise accordingly to the management.
  • Research and analyze sales movements on resorts, analyze the strengths and weaknesses.
  • Identify and pursue potential clients through various sales channels.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Upper Management targets, goals and plans for the respective accounts.
  • Visit on a regular basis key account, in Male and on the resorts by Target the key customers.
  • Undertake and carry out any other duties/responsibilities upon HOD's request.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as per management.
  • Monitor market and competition.
  • Undertake and carry out any other duties/responsibilities upon HODs request.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business or equivalent education background
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales preferably in wholesale sector
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to thrive in a dynamic fast paced environment.
