Position Overview

Oversees branch operations, payments, cash management, and internal controls, ensuring efficient service delivery and strong operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day branch operations and processing activities
• Ensure effective internal controls and segregation of duties
• Oversee payments, cash operations, and reconciliations
• Ensure AML/CFT and regulatory compliance at operational level
• Lead and develop operations and control staff

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Operations, or related field
• 8–10 years banking operations experience
• Strong knowledge of operational risk and controls
• Prior operations leadership role preferred
