- Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Administration with 3 years’ experience
- Determined and highly motivated, with ability to work without close direction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and confidentiality.
- Must possess initiative, be reliable, dependable, eye for detail and be able thrive under pressure.
- Ability to manage staff and to meet targets and deadlines.
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
- Able to work overtime as and when required
IMPORTANT RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT NO LIMITED TO:
- Provide high-level support pro-active Managing Director (MD) and to ensure the smooth running of the Bureau.
- Provide a professional interface between MD and internal and external contacts, and to deal with enquires and issues that arise in the Bureau and on behalf of the MD.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments for and on behalf of the MD, including researching and preparing reports and presentations, background information for speeches, responses to correspondence, information for foreign trips and other similar projects
- Act as Secretary to the committees chaired by the MD. Arranging meetings, writing, and circulating papers, writing minutes, and taking follow-up actions
- Arrange and coordinate appointments and meetings for MD
- Advising the MD of impending internal and external work deadlines and assisting with the preparation of material for these, eg. Reports, presentations.
- Service meetings, including preparation of meeting papers, presentations and taking minutes. Communicating, as required, and arranging logistics and catering requirements.
- Make all logistical arrangements, including travel, for MD and other BOD and to escort MD and team with trips if required.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external contacts and write internal/external letters when required.
- Prepare monthly and annual reports liaising with relevant departments
- Maintain and provide a fully confidential and efficient filing system for the MD
- Other ad hoc duties to support AgroNat Team
WORKING HOURS:
- 08:00am to 16:00pm (Sunday to Thursday; and Saturdays if needed).
