The Opportunity

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to support and enhance our internal finance function. In this role, you will play a key part in managing day-to-day accounting operations, contributing to financial reporting, and collaborating with our data analytics team to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who has a keen interest in accounting and technology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage Daily Financial Transactions
Accurately record and reconcile invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Perform regular reconciliations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, and inventory.
  • Ensure Inventory Accuracy
Monitor and reconcile inventory records with the general ledger to maintain alignment between physical stock and financial reporting.
  • Optimize Financial Systems
Gain in-depth knowledge of our ERP system and identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Support Financial Reporting & Forecasting
Collaborate with the data analytics team to produce financial reports, analyze product profitability, and assist in cash flow forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Assist with Budgeting & Compliance
Support annual budget preparation and ensure financial practices align with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Assist in preparing tax filings and ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines.
  • Facilitate Financial Close & Audits
Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure a smooth and efficient audit experience.
  • Collaborate Across Departments
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and other teams to ensure financial data is integrated, accurate, and reflective of business activities.

Who You Are

You are a skilled finance professional with practical experience of minimum 1 year in accounting, financial operations, or ERP-based financial reporting. With a diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance and are either certified or actively pursuing professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA.

A tech-savvy individual and with genuine interest in how financial systems – particularly ERP platforms – can drive efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight. Comfortable in managing core financial workflows, with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset to tasks such as reconciliations, invoice processing, payment management, and month-end closing.

Our Offer

  • A monthly remuneration ranging from MVR 18,000 – MVR 22,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Premium private health insurance with outpatient, inpatient, and overseas coverage.
  • Access to the tools, training, and technology platforms needed to execute your daily tasks while contributing to growing your skills and advancing your career.
  • A collaborative, people-first work culture and environment that values open communication, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Clear pathways for professional growth, including opportunities to take on advanced responsibilities or move into senior finance roles.

Our Hiring Process

  • We will reach out to schedule a brief conversation to learn more about your background and discuss the role, explore your experience, skills, and career goals – and for you to learn more about PiNetworks.
  • If needed, you may be invited to complete a task, case study, or scenario-based exercise to demonstrate your approach to real-world challenges.
  • We will review mutual expectations, alignment, and next steps, followed by a formal offer for the right candidate.
