Job Tittle: Admin & Marketing Assistant
Role & Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Marketing Assistant at Eches Pvt Ltd located. The Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings. They will also support marketing activities such as conducting market research, assisting with customer service, and assisting with sales tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GCE O Level is required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in market research and customer service.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Proficient in sales & marketing tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, checking gazette, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Help coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Assist with maintaining and updating our company website and social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other communication channels.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the company.
