Job Description

Qualifications & Requirements:                 

  • Minimum G.C.E A Level or Diploma in a related field
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Dhivehi
  • Should be punctual
  • Should be flexible, detail oriented and highly motivated
  • Experience in a similar field will be an added advantage

Job Description:

  • Generate and distribute customer invoices and quotations in a timely manner.
  • Ensure invoices are accurate, complete and aligned with contractual agreements.
  • Track and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
  • Distributing weekly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances
  • Contacting and following up with customers for payment resolution
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details
  • Collecting and posting payments into the accounting system and reconcile accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve any account discrepancies or irregularities.
  • Work closely with the operation team and other internal departments to address customer concerns and ensure that issues are resolved promptly
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures related to receivables.
  • Provide support in any other matters as directed by the Chief Financial Officer.

Normal working hours: 08:30 – 17:00
