Job Description

We are seeking talented videographers to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Filming on Set and Location: Capture high-quality video content in various settings, ensuring the vision of the project is met and adjusting to different environments for the best visual outcomes.
Pre-Production Planning: Work closely with creative teams, directors, and clients to plan every detail of the video shoot. This includes understanding the storyboard, discussing shot lists, determining necessary equipment, and addressing any specific client requests.
Setting Up and Dismantling Equipment: Take charge of all technical aspects of the video shoot. This includes setting up and testing cameras, microphones, lighting, and props, as well as ensuring a smooth and efficient breakdown after the shoot.
Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Thrive in high-energy settings, such as live events or on-location shoots, where quick adjustments and efficient problem-solving are essential.
Collaborative Multitasking: Coordinate and work effectively with multiple crew members, managing diverse tasks and ensuring smooth communication throughout production.
Creative Input and Detail-Oriented Approach: Bring fresh ideas to the table, actively contributing to the creative vision while paying attention to framing, lighting, and other visual details that enhance the quality of the footage.
Communication Skills: Clearly and professionally articulate your ideas and directions to clients and team members. Maintain consistent communication to address any production adjustments or client requests.
Post-Production Knowledge: While filming is the primary role, familiarity with post-production processes like editing, color grading, and motion graphics can help align your footage with the project's final vision.
Physical Endurance: This role may require extended periods of standing or holding equipment, especially on location or during live events, so a good level of physical fitness is beneficial.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of visual storytelling.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and experience with industry-standard cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
