Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ of hands on experience in IT support/IT technician
roles
• Solid working knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, hardware
troubleshooting, and software issues for end users.
• Ability to perform day-to-day IT support, including resolving tickets and
user issues in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of network administration basics (LAN/Wi-Fi
troubleshooting, IP/DNS understanding, access points/switch basics).
• Willingness to work onsite in Male’/Hulhumalé or assigned locations as
required.
