Job Description

POSITION: STORE SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a suitable candidate for the position of STORE SUPERVISOR for a convenience store in Amin Avenue Oak Tower, Hulhumale’.

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new staff
Motivate sales team to achieve targets by training and mentoring staff
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and arrange promotional material and displays
Oversee inventory levels, place new orders, and perform quality assurance of merchandise on a regular basis
Dealing with suppliers and issue purchase orders
Coordinate daily staffing and staffing schedules
Prepare reports on buying trends, customer requirements and profits

Requirements / Qualification:

Minimum completed GCE O’ level
Proven experience as a retail supervisor or related field
Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
Excellent communication skills in both Dhivehi and English language
Strong leadership and customer management skills
Excellent knowledge of retail management best practices
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
Excellent knowledge of retail management software (eg: QB POS)

Salary & Benefits:
MVR 8,000 - 10,000 based on qualification and experience
