LEADING DIVE AND WATER SPORTS OPERATOR IN UPMARKET RESORTS IN THE MALDIVES, CURRENTLY MANAGING 13 CENTERS. AND OUR SUBSIDARIES INCLUDE EVO HOME, EVO FLOORING, EVO SOLUTIONS AND SEA GEAR.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR SUBSIDARY EVO HOME. CANDIDATES MUST BE HIGHLY MOTIVATED, ENERGETIC AND SELF-DISCIPLINED.

JOB OPPORTUNITY

Shop Supervisor

-Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or similar environment.

-Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and employees at all levels.

-Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational issues and customer concerns.

-Proficiency in using computer systems, point-of-sale (POS) software, and other retail-related technology.

-Flexibility in working hours, including evenings as required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience:

One year experience in related field

Remuneration Package: MVR 10,000.00 – 12,000.00

Additional benefit includes sales commission
