General Responsibilities:
•Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
•Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
•Train, and oversee new staff
•Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
•Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
•Organize all shop operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
•Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Qualification and Experience:
• GCE A level and 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: 9,000- 10,000 (Based on Qualification and Experience)
