ވަޒީފާގެ ތަފްޞީލު

As a Retail Associate at Tails Up Store, you will manage the store independently, ensuring efficient operations and an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for opening and closing the store, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a well-organized and hygienic store environment. We are seeking a motivated individual with proven retail experience who can act professionally and reliably while driving sales and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Open and close the store on time and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to all visitors.
• Act as the cashier, handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Restock and manage inventory, ensuring merchandise displays are appealing and up-to-date.
• Assist customers with product knowledge, especially in fishing apparel and accessories.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Stay updated on fishing trends and marketing insights relevant to the store’s products.
• Manage the store independently in the absence of the owner.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Male (ages 20-30).
• Fluent in English and Dhivehi with excellent communication skills.
• Punctual, hygienic, and responsible for opening the store on time.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work independently.
• No previous expereince required. On the job training will be provided.

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Friday: Off
