Job Description

Position Type: Permanent (Initial contract shall be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract shall be renewed as permanent based on performance upon successful completion of one year.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other major platforms
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut) with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, copywriting, and video production skills
• Experience in paid advertising and using tools like Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of social media trends, influencer collaborations, and community engagement strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi
• Strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to thrive in a team environment

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage engaging content strategies across all social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
• Act as the face and voice of the brand online, actively interacting with followers and fostering a strong digital community
• Create, publish, and manage multimedia content (including short videos and graphics) in line with brand guidelines and marketing goals
• Collaborate with influencers, vendors, and internal teams to support marketing campaigns, events, and paid promotions.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns
• Manage media, press relations, public relations activities, and news releases.
