Job Description

SENIOR OFFICER – AYADY TAKAFUL (Allied Islamic Window) [AI/IUL/2021/41]

 

Responsibilities

• To head the General Takaful sales team
• Responsible to provide high level of client and customer services
• Documentation works of Health, Commercial, Marine and Personal Takaful certificates
• Attend to queries of clients in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain client/customer database
• Attend to any other relevant work assigned by the supervisor and/or Head of Department

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Finance or any other related field
• Experience in a similar field
• Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
• Previous work experience in sales and client services
• Able to work independently adhere to tight reporting deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
• Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Pleasant personality

 

Preference will be given for applicants who have completed 14 days after administering 2^nd dose of Covid-19 vaccine
