Work Location: Male and nearby islands

Vacant Positions: Senior Civil Engineer

Remuneration: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Create and review engineering designs for various infrastructure projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments on requiring projects
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project alignment and integration.
• Ensure all designs and constructions comply with local regulations and standards.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality control effectively
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for permits and approvals.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project stakeholders and management.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

 

Preferred candidate should have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related studies.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, including project management and design.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD,Staad Pro & ETABS/SAFE/SAP 2000.).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess complex engineering challenges.
• Motobike Driving licence is an added advantage
