Sales & Operation Manager – Full Time (MALDIVIAN)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day to day operational functions.
- Hiring, training, and retention of staff.
- Review daily reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be personable, with good command in English.
- Educational Qualification minimum A ‘Level.
- Minimum three years of experience in related field.
- Strong leadership skills, and the ability to coach staff to ensure high level of team work.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible to work under pressure and long hours.
- Work experience in the related field will be an added advantage
- Excellent PC skills in MS office package.
