About Job

The position will be required to travel frequently. Achieving set targets, monitoring distribution, constantly increasing market share are the core job functions of the position. The position will also work closely with the other sales managers (team) to achieve the desired results. The selected candidate will report to the head of SIMDI RESU.

Job Roles And Responsibilities

• Self-motivated with a proactive approach. 
• Previous experience in selling kitchen and laundry equipment/machineries in on-premises is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the resort supplies equipment.
• Having worked in hospitality business in the past is an added advantage.
• Well organized with ability to work both independently and within team environment.
• Must be adaptive to change within the organization and the industry.
• Results oriented, innovative, strong problem solving and negotiation skills is required.
• Must be willing to work long hours as the job demands to do so.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office are mandatory.
• Display integrity, character, and strong leadership skills.

Conditions Of Employment

• Contract duration; 2 years (Extended based on performance)
