Maintain and update client and retail outlet databases daily, ensuring all information is accurate, structured and up to date.
Identify and develop potential clients, including hotels, resorts, cafés, restaurants, offices, retail customers and retail outlets such as supermarkets.
Maintain and regularly update a structured list of prospective retail partners with key contact details and update customer and retail outlet databases on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct basic market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor competitor activity and assess market trends.
Support outreach initiatives through calls, emails and client visits to generate leads and build relationships.
Track sales activities, follow-ups, customer interactions and service requests to ensure timely conversions and effective relationship management.
Prepare and submit sales reports, customer updates, feedback summaries and performance reports as required.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, installation and after-sales support.
Assist in organizing product demonstrations, tastings, promotional events and in-store activations.
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
Support the documentation process for sales orders, contracts and client communications, ensuring proper record-keeping.
Monitor customer feedback and service performance, highlighting areas for improvement and business growth.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer relations or business development (experience in hospitality, FMCG or retail is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse clients.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
Basic understanding of market research and sales tracking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client visits and fieldwork when required.
