- Achieve sales target.
- Develop a strong relationship with the resorts at all levels.
- Ensure accuracy of Purchase orders, delivery orders, prices and invoices issued.
- Coordinate the deliveries on a daily basis with the warehouse and various departments within the company to ensure follow up and customer service.
- Check availabilities and stock levels on a daily basis and communicate information to the respective accounts.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Upper Management targets, goals and plans for the respective accounts.
- Monitor the market and information from respective accounts.
- Create reports per brands and products for the respective accounts.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Perform other tasks and duties as per management requests.
- Monitor market and competition.
- Create alerts on stock movement and advise accordingly the management.
- Under take and carry out any other duties/responsibilities upon HODs request.
