We’re growing—and looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant – Wholesales to join our team and support our expanding client base.

Position Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Sales Assistant – Wholesales to support our wholesale operations. You’ll work closely with our sales team and production staff to ensure timely and accurate order processing, maintain strong relationships with our wholesale partners, and help grow our brand in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the wholesale sales team with daily order entry, modifications, and confirmations.
Communicate with customers to manage standing orders, new inquiries, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale orders.
Maintain up-to-date client records, product lists, and pricing in the sales system.
Track inventory of key products and samples, and manage sample requests for prospective clients.
Support sales reports, forecasts, and customer account updates.

Qualifications

Experience in a sales support, customer service, or wholesale role—preferably in food or bakery distribution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with POS, or order management systems is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
A passion for great food and a genuine interest in the bakery industry.
