We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Assistant Manager. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for numbers and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product inquiries, provide information about fire safety solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Handle sales orders, invoices, and quotations while ensuring accurate record-keeping of customer transactions.
Maintain communication with clients through follow-up calls, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Stay updated on company products and services to effectively promote and recommend the best solutions to customers.
Work closely with the warehouse team to track product availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.
Support the sales team in achieving targets, provide daily sales reports, and collaborate with other departments for smooth operations.
Other administrative tasks to support the office
Familiarity with Quick Books will be considered an added advantage
• Minimum 3 passes in GCE O’ Level including English. • knowledge of clerical and Sales procedures and systems • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and teamwork abilities • knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management • Proven experience in an accounting or finance role is advantageous.
