Qualifications:
*Completed GCE O’Level with minimum three passes including English and Mathematics
*Previous experience in an Airline can be an added advantage.
*Computer literate and fluent in spoken English and Dhivehi
Main Responsibilities:
*Answer telephone calls and providing relevant information regarding Villa Air flights
*Making Reservations & Issuing tickets
*Prepare sales returns and tallying the sales at the end of each shift
*Visit and give support to PSA’s when required
*Conduct pre-flight checks as briefed by immediate supervisor
*Provide telephone support to ticketing agents
