Job Scope
Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and resolving customer complaints.
Primary responsibility is to cultivate and strengthen client relationships, driving business growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Serve as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and businesses, offering a comprehensive suite of deposit & financial products and services. Through strategic networking, proactive communication, and a deep understanding of client needs, contributing to the bank’s overall success by meeting deposit targets, enhancing customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.
