General Requirements
A’ Level or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 1-2 years work experience in recruitment function
Dynamic personality and able to multi-task
Organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel,Word, photoshop)
Job Specification
Responsible for the facilitation of the daily and general administrative functions of the Department and in the completion of a number of tasks relating to staff recruitment
Provide in sourcing candidates placing advertisement via recruitment portals, social media referrals, and liaising with contracted Recruitment Agencies, and in coordinating/conducting interviews of shortlisted job applicants
Assist with the new employee hiring process by collecting and cross-checking documents
Provide support in preparing letters such as job offers, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents, and all other paperwork if required
Maintain various trackers as the basis for weekly, monthly and annual reports
Completion of other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager, and Director of HR
