General Requirements

  • A’ Level or Diploma in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years work experience in recruitment function
  • Dynamic personality and able to multi-task
  • Organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel,Word, photoshop)

Job Specification

  • Responsible for the facilitation of the daily and general administrative functions of the Department and in the completion of a number of tasks relating to staff recruitment 
  • Provide in sourcing candidates  placing advertisement via recruitment portals, social media referrals, and liaising with contracted Recruitment Agencies, and in coordinating/conducting interviews of shortlisted job applicants
  • Assist with the new employee hiring process by collecting and cross-checking documents 
  • Provide support in preparing letters such as job offers, employment contracts, and other pre-employment documents, and all other paperwork if  required 
  • Maintain various trackers as the basis for weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Completion of other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager, and Director of HR
