Position: Project Supervisor
Salary: Starting at USD 500 - USD 550

Job Purpose

To oversee and coordinate on-site project activities, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Project Supervisor acts as the link between management and on-site teams, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

·        Supervise and manage daily operations at project sites.

·        Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

·        Monitor project progress and report regularly to management.

·        Allocate tasks and manage workforce efficiently.

·        Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.

·        Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and incidents.

·        Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

·        Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

·        Assist in training and mentoring team members.

·        Prepare daily/weekly reports on site activities and performance.

·        Identify risks and implement corrective measures promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

·        Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

·        Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project supervision or site management.

·        Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

·        Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

·        Excellent communication in English and teamwork skills.

·        Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
