Position Overview

The Premier Banking Head (Branch) is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, and performance of the Premier Banking business, serving high-net-worth and priority clients. The role carries accountability for revenue generation, relationship management, and service excellence for affluent clients, while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory, risk, and conduct standards.
This role is senior to other branch business leads, reflecting the complexity, risk profile, and strategic importance of the Premier Banking segment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Premier Banking portfolio growth and revenue
Manage key HNI client relationships and escalations
Drive ethical sales and suitability-based advisory
Oversee Premier Banking staff performance
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT and conduct risk standards

Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, or related field
10–12 years banking experience with strong HNI exposure
Proven relationship-management and sales leadership skills
Sound regulatory judgment and professionalism
